Our connection

So very glad to meet you, was his first recollection

Little did they know, they had formed an instant connection

~

She talked to him, he would reply right back

The one missing piece, good timing they did lack

~

Both stayed in the shadows, respecting separate lives

Until emotions boiled over, now their connection thrives

~

Grown out of this is an unbreakable bond

The past a mere memory, heartache is gone

~

Now together they walk on ahead

Both have heard clearly what each has said

~

They have stated their love loud and clear

The love they’ll nurture for many a year

~

Love they‘ll feast on like a sweet confection

This is the best way to describe our connection

The opening and then the closing are perfect Henry. I like the whole thing, but those four lines are perfect. Joe

It always amazes me how two people find some each other....you have stated this discovery in a beautiful way Henry. I have always loved this quote by Carl Jung:

The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.

Chemistry in a connection is something you just cannot deny!
