become of us
Come; and we came
What became of us?
We came undone
Why do we become unstrung?
Ladder or doorbell rung?
Entered loving, but fell in love
Love; honey sweet bee stung
Brush it off, lies like a rug
Be done; What...
Will become of us
We came
We became and now I shrug
Come; love again and slowly we hug
I am now what I was
Forever changed by the holes I've dug
Need you like a drug
To be free in love
To breathe like a lung
She's my one
We become one
Please don't believe them
I'd trade every star because I need none
If you'd be my sun
To shine through my cloudy days because there will be some
I need you to forgive me for mistakes I will make that'll have your tears run
I never claimed to be perfect, can you handle the downs we haven't yet done?

I love you as you are, but I both love and fear that we've begun to trust
Because I don't want to look back and ask "What became of us"

Love  are emotions  that just spread like a wildfire sometimes out of control other times it just smolders... I enjoyed this and your comments on so many poems of mine was such a blessing to me.. Hugs ~ She Whispers

Awesome Shoaib, it is the unknown that is so worrisome...though no need to ask for forgiveness when no harm was done yet, it's the art of working towards goals to keep harm from happening to begin with, but this too is an awesome write, and I get it totally!!
