A Little Chic With a Dream

Safe and warm was I ...cradled in that protective shell

But now I have a new story I am anxious to tell.

In the Land of Believing I will reside

Now that my world is open and wide,

Far more choices in life...I do openly face,

Friends tell me, "slow down, Little Chic, you're not in a race!"

But whatever my Dream...I will seek and fulfill it!

I'd rather be a Little Chic with a Dream...

Than a poor little egg that ends up in the skillet!!
