From the Heart of a Boy

I didnt give you the gift...it was already given,

I just helped open the box, by untieing the ribbon.

Little did you know....

Using your gift would bring others such joy,

Giving back to you more fun than a bright new toy.

What better gift could your imagination employ?

Than offering a poem that springs from the heart of a boy!

we get so much back when we share our poems with others. but it is doubled

when we inspire just one to give it a try and put their words/feelings into verse.

Even a man in his golden years can be encouraged to write a poem that springs from the

heart of a boy.
