Things I Love
Things I Love
The sleeping eyes of little dreamers
Catching fairies or chasing bubbles
Saying silly stories until tired eyes find
Dreaming pillows.
Sleep is only the time spent
Waiting for words
That would capture
This morning chorus
I love morning kisses
An arm wrapped around me
Tired arms and
dreaming pillows.

I read this with great relish.

A good poem like a good dream

takes you smoothly beyond the lines and page.

Beautiful, really beautiful.
