~* The Height Of Our Love *~

~* The Height Of Our Love *~

He was my mountain

I was his ocean

Together we were a true beauty

In the highlands

Where mountain lions roar

We found our strength

In each other, for eyes to explore

His height was my light

As his glare was my sight

Every day and night

I was his only hope brought onshore

Beneath his feet

I gave him room to breath

I gave him peace on harmony to adore

For he had no heart, for me to break

For I held his heart in the palm of my hands

Our love was grand , we both were sure

Together we took a stand

Bringing the beauty of " our " love to shore

We gave to the world

What no-one else could

For we wanted the world to see

The heights of " our " love through light

A grand beauty of the mountains view

From the mountains peek to the oceans floor

It was a beauty for true love to explore

Author's Notes:

True love can be described as a precious jewel before the eye's.
