Love is almost impossible to figure out

unless it happens so naturally

and everything falls together with un-believable ease...

living happily ever after...that does happen...

but not for us...at this moment...it seems

 

Is acceptance really the answer?

for acceptance is like hitting the same low key

on the piano...and it is like following the same thin black line...

if you settle into the nest of cool acceptance...

will your heart ever sing with pure joy?

will your silver star ever shine?

 

I wish you happiness, my dear...mon 'cher

you deserve a couple of sapphire stars on which to hang your swing...

you have a magical way of speaking your inner heart

 and a love like yours will never be forgotten

Someday when the piano is in perfect tune...

you and your love...who already knows the melody...

will sit down together...and sing!
