Come What May.
Come what may upon the day
When you may take my breath away
Like desert winds both hot and dry
I feel the passion in your cry
Before you now upon my knees
Rose petaled scent on gentle breeze
Reflections on a love in trust
Ensures the hunger lives in us.

words and thoughts entertwining like muscadine vines...pretty to look at and tasty fruit too.  I like the intensity of emotion,  "when you take my breath away"  and the gentleness of a mood   "rose petaled scent on gentle breeze"  nicely done!
