Joy Two-Fold

Sharing my joy with you, I feel it twice

but, feel lighter when hard times come around.

Our laughing together broke the ice,

pain chased away by that happy sound.

Sharing my joy with you, I feel it twice,

intensified and multiplied two-fold,

pain chased away by that happy sound,

finding wonder in you as we grow old,

intensified and multiplied two-fold,

feeling young by the passions ignited,

finding wonder in you as we grow old.

So very grateful we were united.

Sharing my joy with you, I feel it twice,

our laughing together broke the ice.

Hello Queens 1,

How ever you came to compose this work: it is a beautiful one!  The joys seem so much joyfuller, the pains so much lighter when they are a shared item between two lovers...

Greetings: Peter

A beautiful write done in a neat manner here! Joy, when shared, doubles...Troubles, when shared, are half as badk.

Enjoyed this...
