The Wright Brothers Curse
It was genius when the Wright Brothers invented the airplane.
But sadly their invention has brought about a lot of pain.
Many people have died in plane crashes over the years.
Planes are great but the casualties bring a lot of tears.
If the airplane hadn't been invented, Pearl Harbor and 9/11 wouldn't have taken place.
Many thousands of people have been killed who can never be replaced.
People love planes and jets until they see a loved one being put in a hearse.
The Wright Brothers were brilliant but sadly they brought about a curse.

It's not the airplane that did those things.  It was man.  What you wrote can be said about the automobile, also.  Something else that you missed though, was how cars are being blamed for the holes in the atmosphere.  A B-52 bomber burns more fuel taxiing to the end of the runway than an automobile burns in 3 years.  And during the "cold war" we had an Awax command jet over our heads   CONSTANTLY   for over 40 years.  Why is no one going after their air polluting butts?  3500 planes were grounded on 9-11 over just our airspace alone.  Look at the expenses we are being forced to spend just to keep them running.
Well spoken
