Why?

We're born

We live, we grow

We're taught, hopefully we learn

My question then is simple

If we were taught the right things

and we learned them well

Why are there so many in the world

unhappy?

If you take several people and put them in the same situation you may find they all react differently--because they all think and feel differently--so I think where a number of them will be happy a number of them will not be. Education, social standing, popularity etc may bring some people happiness but others may seek inner peace, love, and family. So many choices & so many personalities=a great deal of unhappiness. We humans are a strange bunch.

Whoa! :o)  That’s one big question! :o)

Here’s my personal slant and fumbling attempt at expressing it…

We are unhappy and left feeling unfulfilled when we live life without finding it’s true meaning.  How can we be happy living a lie?

Biding time is what people do…Can a human be satisfied, fulfilled and happy in biding time?

Learn lessons for WHAT?  What’s the point? Really? If the meaning is not found?

Very provocative write, Henry….one to ponder……………

Hugs~

Pamela

Boils down to just one word to me

Greed

We choose wrong.

A post of truth and good question...Another question I have is why in the world if someone IS unhappy, why in the world do they think they have to drag others down to the same level of misery. My heart breaks when I meet those kinds of people.

You've written a wonderful question here, Henry....

I personally have learned that happiness is a choice. Life is never easy, we all face challenges and trials. I think choosing a positive outlook can and does help. You can rise above it.
Just look around, there are many blessings and they tend to always set my mood and heart right. As always Henry, you always express yourself in such a way to make us think and feel.
