Desert Thunderstorms
Echo endless voices of loud thunder faded in and out
sometimes even becoming more muffled or lost
in the endless blue changing turquoise sky

Mountain Top Experiences by nmjeeptours.Delicate purple undressed gathering
feather clouds
spiraling with massive messenger shades
of harsh pink and blouder grays

Distant boundaries a summer thunderstorm
bent close to the blanket mountains
with curtains of heaven rain

Anticipation rainbows whispering
among themselves gathering
moaning winds rushing
across the desert floor

oooh you got me in the desert southwest as well, I yearn for the time when "the endless blue changing truquoise sky" gives way to "anticipation rainbows whispering" and a  heavy downpour.  bring on the rain!!  for us desert dwellers...every drop is precious!  great writing!

wow this is great writing, love it, forgot you stay near a desert, must be something else when the first rain comes down...
