Night Torment
The sudden thunder of applause made her shiver
screaming out a voice of uttermost woe

She would hear that torment always forever
in the dimness of ghostly shadows

She fled into the receiving darkness
that whisper not of heartaches
The solemn shadowy black night trees
so still not a breath of drifting air
sultry was the aching night

~**~
Until the dawning sun puts out the stars
please only let it rain between
midnight and five

sounds like she stepped out of her shadowed life into a wold which accepted her and it scared her into  retreat.  Midnight and five?  I love early morning storms.  Welcome out kid.    Hope you stay awhile.

This sounds like something to do with night terrors. Do you know someone who gets them?
