Rhythm Of The Rain
As the rain falls, so it tells us....
Gentle misty rain is a glimpse of the future
A portent of what may very well lie ahead
Steady rain is the consistency of life
Things that we count on, things always there
Heavy downpour rain is the risk we take
 The possible dire consequences, therein
Horizontal rain is a very rare and mystic kind
The road less traveled....anything is possible
The rhythm of the falls, it calls....
Author's Notes:
It's funny how falling rain in it's many forms, resembles human destiny.

"WOW" You are such a good writer. I love the rhyme " it falls, it calls" Giving off more emphasis that meets the eye.

ohh, I love this comparison of life to the different types of rain.  I live in the desert so rain is very precious to me.  This is a very sensitive look at the rhythm of rain...ahhh...bring on the rain!
