Come My Love

Come My Love

Come my love and let us sit by the fire; There is much I have to tell you this night Before we both succumb to our desire; Our stage is set underneath the moonlight. I the player audience you - - my sweet; And so I start to speak and do not fear I leave you not and with death would compete; For you are everything I hold most dear. You are the Sun and I your satellite; You and I were made for one another; When first we met it all seemed just so right I knew then that there would be no other. And so now beneath the stars let us love Then shall we both give thanks to God above.
