Dream Weaver

Weaver of dreams come forth

work with your magic thread

show me a place of safe berth

where once the gods did tread

Coax from your mystical loom

that which I most desire

make it grow and bloom

like ancient Wiccan pyre

Here in the place of between

your gossamer fabrics wink

a glimpse of enchanted sheen

glow diminishes in a blink

Guide my ethereal feet

along transcendental path

safeguarded from deceit

and specters of wrath

What would life be without dreams. And you express those thoughts very nicely

Wonderfully written

Your spinning wheel is threaded with a poetice weave.

I can see the lines coming right  from your hand.

Mmmmmmm ...you put a lot of thought to this lovely poem...

Dream weaver if only life could be so beautiful... Without dreams we are nothing....

This is nothing less than an evening prayer -- a living and loving lullaby.  Be proud of this song.  It sings of your sweet self.  --David

Beautiful and so well written, it slides off the tongue and was a pleasure to read. I hope you fulfill those dreams.

Very ethereal and fleeting, a dream piece.
