WBC -- Time Dance

WBC Time Dance

Slips free from the continuum to play The youth performs his ritual time dance; Since learning how to crawl and fill his day All things lead now to this his only chance; Still he is sad and worries that the tree Bearing the Fruit of Conscience may perish; But jump does he to the beat of the free Weaving time and bringing forth his first wish; He is wise and warm of heart this master But his sadness causes the fruit to sour; He loops around the tree dancing faster Time folds and upon the branch a flower And another and bursts forth such sweet fruit That the dancer passes with Conscience clear; Satyrs make merry now with horn and lute Time sings as Nature's lustre does appear.

A divine poem!  [You DO realize that I get 50% of the profits...]  Great, Alistair.  It has a flavour all its own.  A joy to read.  --David
