Heavenly Arbitress--Len WBC

"Piano arpeggios play in my dreams"

as the fluid flow of forgotten streams

leading me "as true as the North Star"

to I know not what, in a land afar.

Celestial bodies "a light in the dark of night"

flooded senses, no need for sight

"stunning revelation of passions abound"

guiding me forth on a river of sound.

A "serendipitous" respite from care

mother Luna has her wisdom to share

her "hauntingly intoxicating scent"

to dreamers in the past she's lent.

"Queen of hearts" she's been called

holding star crossed lovers enthralled

captives of luminous "pale green eyes"

unaware of our inhibitions demise.

"Blessed" bohemian, "gypsy" goddess

patient, firm, heavenly arbitress

"love or money" granter of either

deny her call, you'll receive neither.

"Electric blue is the sky of love"

but the orb of night dwells above

"various excursions of the mind"

leaving all of reality behind.

Author's Notes:
Anyone who knows me, knows I tend to avoid WBC. Never really cared for them, but Len's list was just too tempting and intriguing. So here it is Len. ; )
