Decade Memory Decayed

People often say to me what day is it?

Or in extremis even the month or year

But I often forget the bloody decade

The onset of dementia I fear.

Lovely and pure You.  I forget the damned decade too.  Who needs it.  And also I wish we were still allowed to write 19** for the year.  This is my life we're talking about.  And they disregard it -- well let them have the 2000's -- they suck.  --Curmudgeon David

PS  re the decades -- I have 6+.  My eyes ain't what they used to be: how 'bout a large font, guy?
