A simple concoction

to thrill girl and boy

hours of delight

with an age old toy

A magical wand

some soap in a dish

they appear by the hundreds

whenever you wish

Spherical rainbows

dance on the breeze

floating then falling

again lifting with ease

Out in the sunshine

a little fresh air

chasing their creations

with nary a care

I loved this. Very light, and bubbly.

(No pun intended)

*tee hee*

I do remember playing with bubbles,

it is wild how happy they can make you feel.

Great write.

OH KIMBERLY!  You made me want to run out and buy some bubble-stuff.  There were beautiful and so fulfilling of our dreams.  What an inspiration you had!  I dig this.  And I just might get tome bubble stuff and blow the universe full of beauty.  If only.   This is GREAT!  David

Somehow that UFO landed in my inner space today. Right under the radar screen.

In the form of bubbles.

A lovely childhood memory, I remember many idylic hours with the bubble wand and later a bubble machine. Wonderful piece my dear, well done.

Lovely Kimberely! Brings back memories. I'm afraid that in generations to come computer games will be remembered. But what small kid can resist bubbles....Brian
