Humor me/Glow of the Morning

Humor me Ė Iím lost at sea:

All that I am and all that I could be.

Tangled lines

Hang like rope

bridges in time

to higher paths

I fear to climb.

I turn my head:

What is this sound?

Surely a flute.

Somethingís unbound.

Some voice is mute.

Then thereís a hoot.

What do I care?

I was given the time and didnít prepare,

But why stand and stare?

Anyway, Iíll go there.

I have no belongings but I still have my longings.

Iím so glad that itís so.

Just imagine, now I know that I knew what I didnít know.

I shone what I didnít show.

I was careless but followed the glow

of the morning.

I just got swept out to sea reading this passage of words that travel thru time of your solo adventure in thoughts. so profound I made this a favorite.

This is great. A humourous take that goes deep on the subject. Many favourite lines, and the one I liked most "I have no belongings but I still have my longings". Enjoyed.
