Winter Wake
By Tagen

Stark winds howl,
Embracing eternal night.
Leper skin, fallow.
Breathing out eternal sin,
I wake.

The distress in the skies knows my name.
Winter secrets know my pain.
Dire consequence,
Loving the game.
I lie...

Beneath frozen rivers,
Running fro and to,
Desire's sacrifice
Breathing into

Eternal wake.
