A Dream That Never Leaves
Last night I dreamt
About something in the past
My thoughts returned
like snow in the winter
Glistening through my window
A sparkle of hope
Dangerously close to vanishing
And easy to erase
You can always fix mistakes
But they will always leave a mark
Deep inside your soul
And you can never forget them
Because dreams are never forgotten
They are just lost
Waiting to be found
Author's Notes:
Dreams are truly never forgotten you just have to wait for someone to spark and thought that makes you remember that dream...your oh so perfect dream...think about it....

No they never go away, like I said in one of my poems, you just put it on a shelf in the back of your heart and go on with your life, with a smile full of memories. Your poem is very good.
