Somewhere A Child Prays Tonight...
Peter Pan had Tinker Bell..
and The Lost Boys to be his friends.
Cinderella..had a Fairy God Mother..
and became a princess in the end.
Snow White..was awakened by a prince..
with a kiss that made her heart stir.
And every night..a child somewhere prays...
this is the way things REALLY were.
That one day a woodsman will save them..
the way one did Little Red Riding Hood.
That magically goodness would prevail..
where evil once had stood.
But, Peter Pan had Tinker Bell..
and The Lost Boys to be his friends.
And somewhere a child prays tonight...
so they too might have a fairy tale end.
