Mother Earth.

You've cut me again,
Deeper and deeper this time.
Blunted knifes you've used
Twisting and hurting all the time.

You ran away with me,
But never knew when to stop.
This pain you've inflicted
On the forest of the god's.

So strange this pain
That run across my eyes.
Into the blue,the bluest skies.
These tears of spoils shall run,
They can never stop.

But now I grow with anger
For you, I cannot stop.
In time your need me,
And your call for me again
But I'll be long gone,
For my death, is in your hands...

This is great.People do so many things daily, destroying and tarnishing that which we should be grateful for. Mother Earth is living and breathing all around us and its so sad that some cannot or will not feel it...see it...and help protect and preserve her.

Chewing on that food for thought,

Dear Timespell-
Reminds me of a section from a piece Jim Morrison wrote about
this house upon which we live-
I liked the style this was written with-
