Write Some More
My perspective paints a portrait;
Every stroke in black and white
All my wonder freely moving
Slowly coming into light

False dimensions, twisted edges
Every angle sharp as glass
All the words I fail to mention;
Every pain that came to pass

Melted pieces, glowing embers,
Every speck that stayed behind
All the things I still remember;
Lovely thoughts inside my mind

Slightly tangled in this torment
Every line, it leaves me sore
But I revel in each moment
And I come to write some more
Author's Notes:
Just kind of a journey through my writing process...at least sometimes. Anyways, if it makes sense to someone then I'll be thrilled :)

Dear Jake-
I think Len nailed it right on the head-
I often describe things about life even I don't understand-
But others do-
That is the form of a great writer-
Sometimes we intercept thoughts so fast it just spills from our minds to our hands-
Often are you impressed by what your thoughts just created when you finish a piece-
By reading your work as long as I have the
answer is more than likely yes-
I am always impressed with your versatility
of writing topics-
Your poems cover such a wide array of life-
May your thoughts continue to touch the minds of many-
Peace~
James

I think this is a great description of the processes inside the mind of a writer.Should I worry that it makes perfect sense to me,Jake??
A writer writes for the same reason a bird flies..It's what he does...len

Write some more! Write some more! Uh....yeah. Do that. It does make sense. A writer's write of writes...
