Where I belong
I searched far and wide today to find a place to run away

A spiritual playground for my soul to play.

Down the river, the park with and the trees.

I lied down in an alley, sat out on the streets, tried being homeless.

But none of these things made me feel at peace, just another place to sit.

With less comfort and nothing to eat.

For all my wanderings through this discovery of a day.

I have some answers but the questions have changed.

Nothing is simple, because nothing stays the same.

The sky is clear, and the sun is shinning, giving my vision a celestial tint.

Tomorrow is a better day and IM a better person for living it.

Live and learn.

We are not born with wisdom and damn the fool that says otherwise.

Mistakes are necessary for us to grow. Like trimming a tree.

On each journey I face, I pray for many obstacles. Ultimately, risking everything is not worth worrying about. It can go two ways: your way, or not your way. If the latter occurs, pick yourself up and choose a different journey.

It is, if your mind is strong, very easy and very worth it.

All the love that's accepted,

Hey Poetic Soldier,
We as people are always trying to find where we belong and sometimes we never find what we are truly looking for. At times we should stop looking because what we seek will find us eventually. Great write!
