First, Creative-Poems will be transitioning to a faster server during the last week of March. Be aware that this may entail some brief interruption of service. We'll post the time and date of the transition in the Forum as soon as possible. Should you notice errors when the sites is up, please let us know in the "Site Bugs" Forum. We appreciate your patience as we improve site infrastructure.
Second, please be aware our staff continues to emphase our site's requirement for proper credit to all sources of links and digital articles in poems and profiles. This includes current and older works. For example, if you link to photos, you must name the photographer whose work you are using. If you use MIDI's, audio, or video files produced by others, you must identify the author and copyright owner. There is a Forum update outlining new requirements right here. This issue has become increasingly important and lawsuits have recently forced some rather large and popular sites to adopt stricter requirements. Here at Creative-Poems, we have a tradition of requiring proper citations. This affects all submissions with immediate effect, meaning that all your material should be put it into compliance by May 31st. Non-compliances are subject to removal. If you need assistance, please notify a Moderator or Administrator. Violations are considered plagiarism and are taken very seriously here. Do your part to ensure compliance of your site.
